Hello amores 🥰 It’s been a minute since I posted last but had a couple of health issues. One I had a scheduled pap screening to check that my uterus is well after my procedure in July about the pre-cancer.

I did the test and right the next day I started bleeding like crazy filling up 5 pads a day! And not on period time so the mental stress for the 2 weeks I had to wait for the results was tough, luckily the test came back after two weeks and was normal, and on top got Covid! First time I get it!

My spirit was down for December 😔 right at the end of it the sun came out again in my life I was Covid free and with a clean bill of health, my Uterus was ok!

I decided to start making my dreams happen and joined a prestigious makeup school that started in November. I am learning besides makeup basic hairstyles 😊 I put school updates like practice and anything related to this journey on my socials 🥰

Feeling grateful and blessed. Having a much bigger appreciation for life. Life is truly just an instant we cannot dwell on things that no matter, or be upset with friends and family that matter for stupid things. We need to help even in a small way to people in need. We need to live ❤️

Now let’s talk about the palette! 😄

The British Museum Palette

Zeesea is a Chinese brand that worked with the royal British museum for this palette, it’s inspired by Alice in Wonderland. The packaging is eye-catching and fun! I love when brands put thought into that! I mean one can buy a product just for the packaging alone!

The mattes

This is a full-color palette not for neutral babies, but can be paired with any neutral palette for a pop of color! The shades are ultra-pigmented, blendable, and buildable. I had no issues with it. The fallout was none but I always tap, tap, tap! 😄

The Simmers and Glitter gel shade

The shimmers are nice and subtle, you can always make them pop even more using a mixing medium or glitter glue. Also has a couple of topper shades that shine nicely. The star here is the glitter gel, this is my favorite type of gel, feels wet to the touch and is ready to apply with no mess you can use your fingers or a silicone brush. It’s very pretty and shiny!

Overall it’s a solid palette I do not have any complaints. I enjoyed it and def recommend it if you love color! You can def create some magical looks with it 🫠

Overall is a nice cute palette! Perfect for Xmas and any time of the year honestly. I love the packaging is cardboard but made nicely!

Hola Amores! How are things? What plans do you have for Thanksgiving? I am good soon at the end of this month I have a mandatory screening test on my Uterus to check if all is good after removing all the pre-cancerous cells, the test is a pap smear even though I am calm I am also a bit nervous since I have to wait two weeks for the results 😩 but thinking positive all will be good and my Uterus has kept at bay any bad 😊 for thanksgiving nothing special just a quiet dinner at home with the fam and right after my Dr appointment the next day I will fulfill a longtime wished dream well the start of it that was put on hold until life made me realized no point in doing such thing (putting it on hold). Lovies we have to make our dreams happen the when is now!

The Palette

It consists of a combination of mattes, shimmers, metallics, and one duo-chrome.

The Mattes

Has 4 Mattes, from all the formulas here the mattes were my favorites, they are very pigmented and blended well. I found that was best to tap first to lay the color to build to the desired level and then blend. I would recommend using a white base but will work well without it.

The Shimmers

They are nice but they are soft in the sense that is not high shine as I like my shimmers to be ☹️dont get me wrong they are still very pretty and a lot of beauties out there like their shimmers to be softer and not blinding like me lol but wanted to point that out. You will need a medium, a setting spray, or glitter glue to make them pop a bit, just your finger works too. The duo chrome Magic Wand well I did not see the shift 😭 must be subtle…to me is more of a shimmer there are other Indie brands that by just looking at the pan from afar it shifts! Just an FYI. Alongside the palette shimmers, I used flakes and loose shimmers from other brands to serve me that blinding shine I was going for when doing looks with it lol.

Somethings noticed

Mattes are buttery smooth, did not get eye staining, and shimmers Emerald City is a bit mushy the brush will sink in quickly and Magick Wand besides mushy feels porous to the touch, this one has fallen out alongside Yellow Brick road. I recommend doing the eyes first then the rest of the face 😊 Always tap the brush on the palette before applying either mattes or shimmers.

I saw on their IG that the whole family helped with getting orders out since Indie brands are owned by usually one person or two and I could see the effort put out into this collection so kudos to them! I will be selling this cutie today at my store at a discounted price 🫠

Beauty Killer 2 Palette by Jeffree Star cosmetics is it worth it? 🤔

Holaaa mis Amores! Hola lovies! How are you today? I hope you are well! I am doing good, and excited that tomorrow is Halloween! We are coming in costume to work lol so I will attempt for the first time a Halloween makeup! I plan to go scary so will see if turns out scary like in my head or funny 🤣 I will post the look on my IG and Tiktok tomorrow 🧌👻 let’s talk about this palette, shall we?

The Palette

The packaging is simple compared to other Jeffree Star palettes but I do like it. I think is cute! It has 10 huge eyeshadow pans that will last you forever lol and some say the color story is difficult that has no coherence when I do the eye looks I use the color wheel as guidance. I Had no issues however is limited to possibilities.

The mattes

They are pigmented, however for shadows like Blow up doll, Self Expression and Respect I would say put a white base to bring the color even more, without the base even building up the color looks pale, like a wash of color I am medium skin and found I needed that. I had no issues blending, there is fallout, and I had some patchiness with the darkest shades, I recommend tapping the shadow first and then blending.

The shimmers

They are all beautiful! Not high shine as I love my shimmers to be but they look very pretty on the eyes, also fallout here. I had no issues applying them and blending them, I used a medium to make them pop a bit more.

I also used Eye Gloss one of the new products from the brand and I was quite surprised they are sparkly and do look beautiful and kinda metallic on the eyes, just not as shiny as I want them to be. I hope he continues to improve his shimmers. The eye gloss is promising indeed I liked them a lot.

Jeffree Star Cosmetics started as my favorite brand but now shares its spot with others since I think they need their color story palettes to be not only monochromatic that gets old fast! but with fun color stories and his shimmers need to be like the stuff fairies use lol you get my point. I feel he is stuck in a phase in his makeup line and I hope he wakes up and brings chaos and fun!

Overall I do recommend this palette, I love has a unique color story, and is fun to play with I give it an 8 out of 10 I will put this palette in my store today at a, of course, great price 😊

Holaa amores lovies. I hope you are well. Are you going to put on a costume for Halloween? Well, I plan to! and attempt some creepy look with makeup for the first time! will see how that goes lol I will post my look on Tiktok on Halloween day if you want to check the final result! Today I bring you this very new brand by mua euphoria tv show!

I got me some goodies just a few to try them out.

Chromadiction Sky Blue

This is a matte liquid eyeshadow. It is beautiful you can do just a wash of color or build it up, best to work and blend on one eye first then the other as they dry out fast but you get room to work with it. I found a little patchiness but you can fix it just as quickly.

Chromadiction Main Character

This is a magenta shimmer and a subtle one. For me needs more shine however looks nice to the eye.

Glitterpill: Neptune Daddy and Money Plz

Well, they are not opaque you will need to build them up to get that shine to show, but once on the eyes, they are so beautiful! My favorite even though turquoise is a favorite color of mine in this case Money Plz…Stole the show is mesmerizing!

Angel Rave Liptrick

The lippie is a soft purple emphasis on the softness is more like a wash of color, the lip liner which has two colors one blue and the other purple is also soft. All together looks like a wash of color I wish were more bold and impactful, however, they do look pretty just the lip liner kinda blends into the lip so you lose the effect but is pretty.

I also got the wing magician to help with eye wings that I had not used it yet but have no science is a good tool to have. And also got face lace decals which can bring the fun out of an eye look! Overall I do think the brand is fun, love their packaging, and if afraid of color you can try it and make it soft.

I hope you liked this post then check this brand out they have come out with a very interesting eyeliner that promises some fun shapes on top of the traditional, I have my eye on it lol.

This palette is tiny but has nothing to envy to a medium size palette or even a big one since carries 8 shade colors! It’s convenient to travel and to have it on the go in your bag 🤗

Holaaa mis amores, hello lovies! How are things? I caught a very nasty flu, I am better now and thank goodness was not covid! Take care of yourself with the weather changes 😊 So let’s jump in 🙂

Who finishes an entire palette? No one lol so the smaller pans is actually good and there is a ton of product there so even a small one like this one you won’t finish it!

The Palette

8 colors that lean more on the neutral side

the mattes are good I found some patchiness but is because of over blending and my eye base dries matte fast so I do not blame the palette.

The shimmers are subtle not much on my alley since I looooove impactful high-shine shimmers! But there is one shimmer that is shinier than the others and honestly, I loved it that shade is the silver one-looking color next to the darkest shimmer.

The shades do not have names on the palette which I don’t care about. The price was affordable and overall I recommend giving it a go 😊

Hola lovies! Happy beginning of October or spooky season! My favorite time of the year in the makeup world! Halloween is one of my favorite days how about you? I hope you are well and fab! Let’s begin with this post

Flower Moon Palette

This palette is by Ensley Reing Cosmetics an Indie brand that has 4 Mattes and 15 Duo-chromes. I like the color story but felt needed more colors like a black matte and like a white or silver Duo-chrome just to wrap up the looks.

The mattes

I felt a bit limited since only 4 of them, would be nice to have besides de black a nude matte to blend the main color and black for depth but you can work with the 4 mattes for sure. Some beauties need their depth, you can always pair this palette with another one. Also another important thing I had no issues, no patchiness, really easy to blend and they are rich in pigment.

The Duo-chromes

They are all beautiful! Some feel like toppers, others feel pigmented and thick to cover the eye. My favorite shade is Vernal is pigmented and super shiny! Is gorgeous! A con is that the shades are not as shifty as they are on swatching on the skin, they are very subtle once on the eye and the shine is okay but not all shades are as shiny.

Overall it is a nice palette it has some for the neutral lovers and the color lovers like me. I created 3 looks and of course, put in there my touch 🤪

Currently, the palette is sold out the price list is $69 which I think is a bit overpriced because the duo-chromes are not as shifty but is my understanding that the formula of creating these types of shades adds up to the cost.

I recommend it if you want to try the brand it is beautiful you can get truly beautiful looks out of it. but if you are looking for super shifty shadows then this palette is not the way to go. When I got the palette I saw a wet stain around some shadows which I think is the formula seeping out. Overall I give it 7 out of 10.

Shadow fix matte smoothing eye primer

I am still getting the hang of it. I do not like that it dries fast! So you need to spread it quickly without delay otherwise will look patchy and no way to fix it unless to use makeup remover to fix it.

Matte fluid eye paint

they are pigmented!, however, I think it needs just a little practice, the first time I applied just a little and spread or difuminated with a brush, you have to act quickly otherwise will look patchy. I like you can either do a wash of color if you going for subtle or build up if you going for a bold colorful eye. The colors are rich and beautiful, the package is fun I never saw one like it. Does last all day and loved how my eyes look! The brand won an award for these last year.

Line Artist Gel eyeliner.

These are all you ever want in an eyeliner, they are so pigmented, creamy, and last all day! You can do a whole eye look using only the eyeliners which are so fun! The brand won an award for them too this year.

Matte paint lip color and Matte flix pencil color.

Omg, I love the formula! Lasts all day without re-applying, feels hydrating, and you can easily forget is on your lips. Packaging is similar to the eyepaints where some people have complained but I don’t. I care about the formula and is one to love! You can get them in sets with their matching pencil colors, they feel creamy, smooth, and oh yes pigmented!

Light lock lip gloss.

I got the shade unholy. I am in love with it, smells yummy like chocolate peppermint and is like a shiny, iridescent pastel blue.

Light lock iluminating body and brush.

I got it in the purple shade not thinking it will look good or not on my skin lol, got it just because I love purple! Anyways makeup is about having fun right? It looks really pretty, to be honest, gives a nice ethereal glow, the brush is a good size, supersoft,t and gets the job done.

Overall I loved using the products, had so much fun, and the colors are delicious and a delight to put on my eyes 🙃 did some reels and til toks that you can check here 👇

I love their packaging is different from what we are used to, which makes the experience fun! I for sanitary reasons will not sell these products by the way they pack it is obviously for personal use but I do recommend it to you to try them out. There is something for all, the color lover and also for the neutral babes. I give them an 8 out of 10

I hope you try it out also they have a very new second brand called af94 sold at Walmart offering their products for under $10 which is fabulous! I wish you only good things, have a great week ahead, and take care of yourself. See ya soon!

I will try my hardest to keep my posts short, so here we go with today’s post 🙃

Well, this palette is very much different from any other palette I bought its all Duochrome shimmers and has different textures.

what surprised me was the pressed glitters, who puts that on a palette so bold and beautiful? When you try to pick it up you will need a flat brush then putting on the eye is a bit tricky and you need a little patience, I recommend glitter glue and once on the lid put clear liquid primer on top like Diamond Primer from Glam Goth Beauty

Once on the eyes oh my gosh it’s so shiny, beautiful and so shifty! I’ve never seen a pressed-on glitter shift! The rest of the shimmers are also Duochrome some are subtle and some are pure glowing dreamy deliciousness.

To be honest, I did not like when trying to pick up the glitter with the brush how fragile the content felt in the pan, and then to put on requires a little effort, however, they seem to stay put in the palette and no fall out they feel wet to the touch.

Overall I love the palette I got so many compliments on how shiny my eyes looked, people asked me how I did it! Once the glitters are on the eye they don’t fall off, they last all day, and honey they shift!

I give it 9 of 10 right now is sold out, I do not know if the brand will bring it again but will put mine for sale at my store in Mercari later on tonight. I do recommend if you are a lover of something different, getting compliments and love high shine in your eyes! You can check out my store here 👇

Hello loves I trust you are well 🥰 me I am good, healthwise good too, busy with work, fam, etc wish days have more hours! lol so I will try to shorten up my posts to post more if that makes sense 🤔 Let’s jump to it.

The Palette

Usually, their packaging is plastic very luxe feel, heavier, bigger, and more expensive this one is cardboard, still, pretty no complaints there to me make it cheaper. And as all Pat’s palettes well at least to me is a neutral palette I liked it because of that special blue shimmer that has.

The mattes

The mattes are pretty, subtle, and sublime pigmented, there is fallout not much.

The Shimmers

That blue shimmer Regency blue is pretty is the only one that shines the most but is not the kind of shine I look for. I did two looks one of them I paired with another shimmer with another brand and you will see the difference. The other shimmers are soft, and pretty but are more satin shimmers.

Overall I did two looks there is not much room to create here, well it can be used as a one-and-done kind of thing but as a color lover, this is a bit too neutral for me. I do think is pretty for soft feminine looks 🙃 I know a lot of beauties out there do love neutral rose looks and well Pat Macgrath is an outstanding brand in that area.

Milan Rowe Makeup

Simona Milan is the founder of the brand, vegan, and cruelty-free. Her products are suitable for all skin colors. This is a black-owned business and in their campaings, they use models of all shapes and sizes which to me is awesome! I leave you the link to their website here.

The palette Poison Ivy

Overall is beautiful mostly green but a grunge green with colors that go very well with the color story this palette is a collab with doodles by the bunny who is a known palette and color story makeup designer.

The mattes

The mattes are beautiful, they feel creamy and soft, however, I did find some patchiness when blending that you can see in my photos below, I understand that happens for a few reasons could be I over blended or the primer I used did not get along with the matte lol this happened especially with the darker-toned mattes like Don’t Be Rash And Not Today Batman. I love the names by the way! Also they I needed to build them up since the payoff was not as intense for these colors and I mean all the mattes but overall they are beautiful which is undeniable, and we have to also consider that this was tested on my medium skin tone. One more thing there is minimum fallout 😊

The shimmers

These are beautiful according to its page has

  • 7 matte shades
  • 1 Glitter shade
  • 2 Shimmer shade
  • 4 metallic shades

But felt more to me like a mix of satins which texture to the touch is smooth and creamy the shine is not high but soft still pretty some people do like soft looks I do love the satins the color called Pistachio is so gorgeous! Is a one and done easily! It has a gold shimmer that to the touch feels porous and is high shine like metallic very beautiful, and has a pressed glitter in green which is not everyone cup of tea, in my case does not stop me to buy a palette lol it’s beautiful though and is shiny! There is fallout with these two shimmers To apply use a medium or a primer glue and apply with love 🥰

The cost and thoughts

The cost of the palette with shipping was $ 36. 33 they delivered it super fast! Which I loved and had fun using the palette. I liked the shimmers and the satins, especially the Pistachio one but was not too much into the mattes formula I feel lacked pigmentation for me. Overall I give the palette a 7 out of 10.
